Division 1

Alpha Cars vs St. Peters B : 9:1. 

Richard Mole (St. Peters) had a convincing win against Terry White (Alpha Cars) to win the only game for St. Peters B.

Winklebury vs Oakley A : 10:0.

Unfortunately Oakley A couldn’t find a winning formula against a stronger Winklebury side.

KG B vs Queens B : 4:6

Duncan Sibbick took Sav Thevendria to 5 sets in the first game of the match but couldn’t take control in the final set losing the game 11:13, 7:11, 11:8, 11:9, 9:11.  In the final game of the match Duncan Sibbick again went into 5 sets against Paritosh Singh but again lost 8:11, 3:11, 14:12, 11:5, 5:11.

Queens A : KG C : 8:2

Matt Wilson and Jared Binner improved last year but couldn’t help KG C to avoid defeat they both won their matches against Louis Webb to avoid KG C being whitewashed despite some very closely fought matches notable games going into 5 sets were Louis Webb against Matt Wilson and George White against Matt Wilson.

St Peters A vs KG A : 10:0

Customary result for this fixture although Jorg came very close to taking a notable scalp only losing 8:11 in the 5th to Sean Pickin.

Division 2

Queens C vs St. Peters C : 7:3

Some close matches despite the final result.  Roy Pike was taken to 5 sets by Simon Kiefer only losing it in the 5th 9:11.  A very good team performance by Queens.

Queens F vs Queens Z : 3:7

Paul Chu (Queens) vs Nick Cheng was a nail biting 5 setter with Nick winning 10:12, 11:2, 11:8, 13:15, 9:11 as was the game between Melvyn Lovegrove (Queens F) and Ryan Nig (Queens Z) with Melvyn winning in 5 sets 8:11, 11:9, 13:15, 11:5, 11:3.  This was Callum Coombs first league match picking up two straight set wins.
